eQ Reporting Software provides two different formats of MIS information to the management.
First, it offers a real time window on the Queue and Service operations and even provides live graphs depicting the information in a simple and effective manner.
Second, it generates various kinds of post-data Reports for analysis and forecasting by appropriate managers at a later time. These in turn help provide better services while monitoring the efficiency of the Queuing process.
The eQwave Gateway is a complete real-time Reporting engine. It gives a complete LIVE scenario of the Queuing processes running with data updated in real-time on the screen.

6. Central Reporting Software
WAVETEC eQ Wave is also armed with the feature ideally suited for customers having multiple locations and who would like to view real time statistics of all their locations at one central location or Head Office. |

In addition to a one window, real time view with a summary for all sites, any location can be selected from a drop down menu providing access to the following information from it.
Total number of tickets served during the day
Average Waiting Time
Average Serving Time
Ticket Status, with category and wait time

The system can support in excess of 60 counters at a single premises. |

| Ticket Dispensing Unit |
TDU has the option to handle up to 16 different categories with separate buttons for each category, and a Touch screen TDU can handle over 60 different categories. |

Status Display Unit: |
SDU announces the ticket in both Urdu and English with three available colors in red , green and yellow . Additionally these SDU s can be utilized to display scrolling messages and advertisements as well. Total up to 4 consecutive SDU s can be installed with each category to be serviced. In parallel to calling in customers you can show advertisements, news etc. on Multimedia SDUs to entertain customers. |
| Counter Display Unit: |
CDU can display ticket numbers in English and Urdu / Arabic. CDU can display data in tri colors as well and display effects including scrolling from any direction and flashing for a predefined time period. |
Tickets: |
Tickets can be printed with a company logo; language can vary from English to Urdu and Arabic.
A single paper roll can be utilized to print more then 500 tickets and each ticket costs lower than half a cent. |
| Announcement: |
eQ has the utility to produce announcement scripts even in multiple languages such as English, Urdu and Arabic. |
| SMS Ticket Feature: |
eQ has capability to generate the ticket through SMS (text message) on customers' cell phone. |
